Road teams posted a perfect 4-0 mark in midweek MWC men's basketball action with BYU, San Diego State, UNLV and Wyoming each picking up victories.

San Diego State 83, Colorado State 82
Fort Collins, Colo. Tues., Jan. 29, 2008
  • The game between the Aztecs and the Rams featured 11 ties and 15 lead changes.
  • San Diego State's Ryan Amoroso (23 pts./11 rbds.), Lorrenzo Wade (18 pts./10 rbds.) and Billy White (17 pts./10 rbds.) accounted for nearly 70 percent of the Aztecs' offense, combining for 58 points and 25-of-39 (64.1%) field goal shooting.
  • Colorado State went 14-of-25 from 3-point range and was led by Marcus Walker, who netted a game-high 26 points, extending his streak of 20-point outings to six.

UNLV 70, TCU 58

  • UNLV's Wink Adams hit five 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 25 points.
  • The Runnin' Rebels extended their win streak to four games.
  • TCU had its six-game home win streak snapped.

BYU 69, Air Force 53
USAFA, Colo. Wed., Jan. 30, 2008
  • Jonathan Tavernari paced BYU with 22 points while Lee Cummard added 21 points on 8-for-12 shooting from the field.
  • At 5-1 in MWC play, the Cougars are off to their best league start since the 2002-03 season when they also had a 5-1 mark through six games.
  • Air Force has lost at least two home games in one season for the first time since the 2002-03 season.

Wyoming 69, Utah 64
Salt Lake City, Utah Wed., Jan. 30, 2008
  • With the win, Wyoming snapped a five-game losing streak to Utah and won back-to-back games for the first time this season.
  • Brandon Ewing and Brad Jones combined for 38 points to lead the Cowboys.
  • Luke Nevill scored a season-high 25 points with nine rebounds to lead Utah.
