COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The race for the Mountain West crown got off to an exciting start Wednesday as three of the four contests were decided by a combined 10 points. The four games were split evenly between hosts and visitors as No. 25 New Mexico and Air Force successfully defended their home courts, while No. 16/15 San Diego State and Boise State earned road victories.
