Rebels Earn Road Win Against TCU, 73-60

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) - Louis Amundson scored 14 points, had 12 rebounds and six blocked shots to help lead UNLV to a 73-60 victory over TCU on Wednesday night.

Curtis Terry scored 15 points, all on 3-pointers. Jo'Van Adams also had 15 points for UNLV (12-8, 6-2 Mountain West).

Nile Murry scored 18 points, including the first nine points for TCU in the second half, and Brent Hackett added 15 points for TCU (5-17, 1-7).

UNLV led 30-28 at the half.

Murry hit a layup to pull TCU to within two at 37-35 with 16:22 to play before the Rebels went on a 9-2 run to make it 46-37. TCU again cut the lead to two, 48-46, on a layup by Chudi Chinweze with 10:04 to play. With a 50-47 lead, UNLV got back-to-back 3-pointers from Terry as part of a 9-0 run to take a 59-47 lead.

The Rebels shot 45 percent from the field for the game while TCU shot 41 percent.
