Utah's Teren Jameson will travel to Greenville, S.C. to compete at the NCAA Championships on Nov. 19. Jameson had the strongest individual performance for the conference this year by placing first in every race he competed in. Jameson was named Mountain West Conference Runner of the Year. The MWC will be represented by five of its eight institutions.

Last Week

The Utes competed at the 2001 Mountain Region Cross Country Championships in Provo, Utah on Nov. 10. The men's sixth place finish marked Utah's highest finish at the Mountain Region Championships. Leading the men's team was Jameson, who finished third (30:53) overall. A close 0.9 seconds separated the top three finishers. The women's team finished eighth. Tara Hall was the first to cross the finish line placing 31st (22:56).
