The Women's Intercollegiate Cross Country Coaches Association announced its 2001 All-Academic Cross Country Teams. The Air Force Academy's women's cross country team under the leadership of head coach Mark Stanforth qualified for the 2001 NCAA-I All-Academic Team with a cumulative 3.14 GPA. The women's team competes in the Mountain West Conference and finished third at the conference championships.
