The Women's Intercollegiate Cross Country Coaches Association released the 2003 Academic All-American team and individual award winners. All teams that earn a 3.25 team GPA or higher are designated as "With Distinction". The Air Force women's team has been named to the academic All-American team for the fall 2003 semester.

This is the Air Force women's cross country team's third consecutive selection to the academic All-American team (2001, 2002 and 2003). The women posted a 3.34 GPA and Air Force is the only school from the Mountain West Conference with distinction.
