FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Seniors Chris Merkley and Johanna Nielsen each placed third in their respective races for the University of Utah cross country team at the Colorado State Ram Invitational on Saturday in Fort Collins, Colo. The men's team had three runners finish in the top ten giving them a fourth place finish overall. Travis Hildebrand placed eighth and Teren Jameson came in 10th. The women's team placed six at the meet. Behind Nielsen were Amber Radke in 38th place followed by Trina Bateman coming in 39th.

Up next for Utah is the Sundodger Invitational in Seattle, Wash., Sat. Sept. 25th.
