Carson, CALIF. - On the fourth and final day of the USA Senior and Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships, Colorado State freshman Jarelle Johnson was the only Ram in competition, placing 12th in the juniors triple jump.

Johnson had his best leap of 45-7.75 in his third and final jump, finishing 12th overall. The freshman earned Mountain West All-Conference honors earlier this season after finishing second in the triple jump and third in the long jump and came within 1.75 inches of breaking the school record.
