Junior thrower Jason Schutz became the second CSU Track and Field student-athlete in as many days to earn All-America honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Sacramento, Calif. on Friday.

Schutz finished eighth in the men's discus finals, posting a throw of 191-95. he joins Janay DeLoach, who earned sixth place in yesterday's women's long jump finals as the Rams' second All-American of the outdoor season.

Senior Rob Watson placed 15th in the finals of the men's steeplechase. He clocked-in with a time of 9:04.60.
