FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Colorado State seniors Mike Nicks and Kristina Glawe from the track & field team have both been selected to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District VII University Division teams as selected by CoSIDA (College Sports Information Directors of America).

Nicks, a senior from Colorado Springs, was selected to the team for the third straight season after posting a 3.787 grade point average with a major in Business Administration. Nicks is the school record holder in the steeplechase and will compete in his third consecutive NCAA Championship next week in Sacramento. He is a four-time Mountain West All-Academic selection and a six-time Mountain West All-Conference honoree.

Glawe, a senior from Oak Creek, Colo., earned her first award after graduating with a degree in Sociology with a 3.965 gpa. She finished in the top 10 in every meet during her two-year career at Colorado State and is a two-time Mountain West All-Academic selection.

Nicks, along with six others will compete in the NCAA Championship at Sacramento State June 8-11, in the final competition of the year for the Rams.
