COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - BYU junior Greg Flint and Colorado State sophomore Katrice Thomas have been selected as the Mountain West Conference Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week, respectively.

MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Greg Flint - BYU
Junior · Hurdles · Kaysville, Utah/Davis HS

Flint won the 400-meter hurdles in a NCAA regional qualifying time of 50.33 at the Clarence Robinson Invitational in Provo, Utah on April 26. His time is a personal-best, the fourth best in school history and the third best in Mountain West Conference history (best this season).

WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Katrice Thomas - Colorado State
Sophomore · Sprints · Colorado Springs, Colo./Doherty HS

Thomas won the 400-meter dash by three seconds in a NCAA regional qualifying time of 54.55 at the Jack Christiansen Invitational in Fort Collins, Colo. on April 26. Her time is a personal-best and the second best in school history (.09 off the school record). The sophomore also finished second in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 24.38.
