COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - BYU seniors Josh Rohatinsky and Jennifer Grossarth have been named Mountain West Conference Men's and Women's Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week.

Rohatinsky, a Provo, Utah, native, won the men's 1,500-meter race at last week's Wildcat Outdoor Open in Ogden, Utah, breaking the six-year old Weber State Stewart Stadium record with a time of 3:46.59. His time is the best in the MWC this season and with the altitude conversion (3:41.83) currently ranks third in the nation.

Grossarth, from Tooele, Utah, ran a career-best time of 58.35 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Texas Relays which was the sixth fastest out of 65 competitors at the prestigious event. Her time ranks first in the MWC this season, sixth all-time in BYU history and is also currently the seventh fastest in the nation.
