COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -
The University of Utah outdoor track and field teams finished competition for the Mountain West Conference Championships on Sat., May 18. The women's team placed sixth with a score of 75.33 points and the men also placed sixth with a score of 33 points. Competition for Utah will continue for those athletes who qualify for the NCAA Championship meet on Wed., May 29th in Baton Rouge, La.
Top finishes for the Utes at the meet include Teren Jameson's first-place finish in the 5,000-meters (14:57.49), Erianne Allen's second-place finish in the heptathlon (5159 points) and Brooke LoBue's second-place finish in the pole vault (3.75m).
