COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wyoming sophomore John Lynch has been named Mountain West Conference Men's Diver of the Week. Lynch is a two-time award winner this season and four-time career winner.

Lynch, a native of San Antonio, Texas, tallied a pair of fourth place finishes and a sixth-place finish to lead the Cowboys as they competed against the nation's top divers at the Texas Invitational in Austin, Texas, last week. He started the Invite on Thursday with a fourth-place finish on the 1-meter board, scoring 278.65. In Friday's 3-meter competition, his score of 457.90 placed him sixth. He finished his weekend placing fourth on the platform with a score of 380.35.
