UNLV's Livingston and Wyoming's Delgado Named MWC Swimmer and Diver of the Week Livingston leads Rebels past No. 25 ranked Nebraska at the Husker Shootout.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - UNLV junior Andrew Livingston and University of Wyoming junior Oscar Delgado have been selected as the Mountain West Conference men's swimmer and diver of the week, respectively. Livingston helped the Rebels beat No. 25 ranked Nebraska at the Husker Shootout in Lincoln, Neb., Nov. 17-19. He won the 200-yard butterfly (1:46.97) and the 100-yard butterfly (49.60), which currently are the fastest times in the Mountain West Conference. The Houston, Tex., native also set a season best with a time of 1:54.92 in the 200-yard individual medley. Livingston also swam to a 1st-place finish as a member of the 400-yard medley relay team with a time of 3:23.27, a top performance for the season and the fastest in the conference. Delgado earns Diver of the Week honors for the third time this season. Against Denver University, Nov. 17, Delgado swept both the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events with scores of 260.20 and 310.40, respectively. The Covina, Calif., native has swept both diving events for his third consecutive competition.
Coming Up: The Rebels face BYU in Provo, Nov. 25 and Wyoming hits the pool again Dec. 1-2 at the Husky Invite in Seattle, Wash.
