COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Utah senior Marta Stepanczuk and Colorado State freshman Elyse Hall have been named Mountain West Conference Women's Swimmer and Diver of the week, respectively. This is the second career honor for Stepanczuk and the first for Hall.

Stepanczuk, a Bialystok, Poland, native, helped the Utes to a third-place finish at the Indiana Invitational in Bloomington, Ind., last weekend. She also placed second in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:44.94 which is the top time in the conference this season.

Hall, of Mesa, Arizona, finished first in the 1-meter dive vs. San Diego State and second in the 3-meter diving event vs. UNLV last week. In the 1-meter, she scored a personal-best 266.55 as the Rams defeated the Aztecs. She followed with a score of 251.78 in the 3-meter dive against UNLV.
