COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wyoming senior Damian Storz and sophomore Adam Miller have been named Mountain West Conference men's swimmer and diver of the week, respectively.

Storz, a Woodlands, Calif., native won the 200-yard freestyle in a time of 1:47.21 at Metro State on Oct. 17. He followed that up by winning the 500-yard freestyle (4:48.32), 400-yard individual medley (4:11.71) and 1,650-yard freestyle (16:52.93) at the Colorado State Early Bird Invitational Oct. 18-19. Storz completed the meet by helping the Cowboys 800-yard freestyle relay team to a victory, posting a time of 7:14.72.

Miller, a product of Newcastle, Wyo., swept the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events at Metro State on Oct. 17. In the 1-meter, he posted a score of 222.3, and his score of 198.25 topped the field in the 3-meter. He also won both events at the Colorado State Early Bird Invitational Oct. 18-19. In the 1-meter, he posted a score of 254, and his score of 392.20 topped the field in the 3-meter.
