MWC Swimming And Diving Polls Released Coaches select BYU and UNLV to tie for men's regular-season title, while UNLV is chosen as the women's regular-season champion.

BYU and UNLV are favored to share this year's Mountain West Conference regular-season title in men's swimming and diving, while UNLV is favored to capture the regular-season crown on the women's side as voted on by the league's head coaches. Both BYU and UNLV gathered three first-place votes and a total of 23 points en route to sharing the top spot in the men's poll. MWC newcomer TCU was selected third with 16 points, while Wyoming claimed fourth with 13 points. Utah (eight points) and Air Force (seven points) round out the poll in fifth and sixth place, respectively. On the women's side, UNLV captured the top spot in the poll with 59 points and five first-place votes. Utah was predicted to finish second with 53 points and two first-place votes, while BYU claimed third with 53 points and two first-place tallies. MWC newcomer TCU was selected fourth with 43 points, while Colorado State was picked fifth with 41 points. Wyoming settled in the sixth position with 29 points, while New Mexico claimed seventh with 23 points. San Diego State (16 points) and Air Force (eight points) rounded out the poll in eight and ninth, respectively.
