USAF ACADEMY, Colo. - Air Force senior Chris Knaute competes in three events this weekend at the 2007 NCAA Men's Swimming & Diving Championships in Minneapolis, Minn. Knaute has been invited to swim the 500 freestyle, 400 individual medley and the 1650 free.

Knaute is the Mountain West Conference record-holder in all three events and is a two-time MWC Swimmer of the Year honoree. This is the Houston, Texas, natives' third trip to the NCAA Championships. In 2006, Knaute earned honorable mention All-American status in the 400 IM and 500 free.

The meet can be viewed on ESPN360 all three days, March 15-17, from 7-10 p.m.

The prelims for the meet begin at noon, followed by the diving at 1:30 p.m. Each day concludes with the finals beginning at 7 p.m.
