COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Utah junior Kristen Kaiser and New Mexico junior Tracey Berghian have been named Mountain West Conference women's swimmer and diver of the week, respectively.

Kaiser, a St. Louis, Mo., native, set a new school record in the 200-yard butterfly (2:06.88) and won the 1000-yard freestyle (10:37.39) as the Utes bested Wyoming in a dual meet (133.5-103.5) on January 24. She followed up her Friday performance by winning the 400-yard individual medley in a time of 4:31.75 as Utah defeated Air Force in a dual meet (130-106) on January 25.

Berghian, a product of El Paso, Texas, swept the 1-meter and 3-meter diving events against New Mexico State on January 25. On the 1-meter, she posted a score of 273.52, and her score of 266.18 topped the field on the 3-meter board.
