2012 Mountain West Swimming & Diving Championships Underway Boise State leads scoring after the first day of competition

OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. - Newcomer Boise State leads the team scoring through day one of the 2012 Mountain West Swimming and Diving Championships at the Oklahoma City Community College Aquatic Center in Oklahoma City, Okla. The Broncos have 108 points through three events, followed by San Diego State in second with 101 points and New Mexico in third with 99 points. UNLV is fourth in the standings with 78 points, followed by Wyoming (76), Colorado State (64), TCU (55) and Air Force (46). NOTES:
Day two events begin with the 500-yard freestyle preliminaries at 11 a.m. CT. The finals competition starts at 6 p.m. CT with the 400-yard medley relay. The 2012 MW Swimming and Diving Championships conclude Saturday, February 26.
