The Mountain West Conference will submit its proposal to its fellow Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) conferences and the University of Notre Dame on March 4.

The proposal will be available on the Mountain West Conference Web site at www.TheMWC.com at 1:30 p.m. EST/12:30 p.m. CST/11:30 a.m. MST/10:30 p.m. PST.
