Print & Download Mountain West Composite Schedules

All of your MW sport schedules are available for print and download. As the start of each season arrives, the new schedule for that respective sport will be available. You must have a free Adobe Reader installed on your computer to view and print PDF files. You may also download the schedules to Microsoft Outlook and iCal, as well as sync with handheld devices. Complete instructions are below.

*Please note that all times listed in downloadable schedules are in the Mountain time zone and may need to be converted upon download. All dates and times are subject to change. Should you wish to override a previously downloaded schedule, select "Replace duplicates with items imported" and the previous download will be overwritten. Alternatively, updates can always be done manually.

How to Download MW Composite Schedules to Outlook and to Your Mobile Phone or Handheld Device
  1. Right-click on the desired icon to the right of the schedule you've selected.
  2. Choose Save Target As.
  3. Save the file to your computer's desktop.
  4. To get a composite sports schedule onto your mobile phone or handheld device, you first need to import the data into your calendar application on the computer which you sychronize to your device.
Importing .CSV Files into Microsoft Outlook 2010
  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Under the "CALENDAR" tab, select FILE >>> OPEN >>> IMPORT.
  • Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.
  • Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and click Next.
  • Find the .csv file you just downloaded and select "Do not import duplicate items" then click Next.
  • Select Calendar and click Next.
  • The next window will have a title that says 'The following actions will be performed:' above an option to 'Import the "(filename).csv" into folder: Calendar.'
  • Check that box and and click on 'Import "(filename).csv" into folder: Calendar'.
  • From there, click and drag needed fields from the left window into the right window. It is fairly self-explanatory, but the basic corresponding fields are below:
    • SUBJECT to Subject
    • START_DATE to Start Date
    • START_TIME to Start Time
    • END_TIME to End Time
    • DESCRIPTION to Description
    • LOCATION to Location
  • Synchronize your mobile phone or handheld device to your computer.
Importing .CSV Files into Microsoft Outlook 2007
  • Open Microsoft Outlook
  • Select FILE >>> IMPORT AND EXPORT.
  • Select "Import from another program or file" and click Next.

Importing .ICS Files into iCal
  • Open iCal
  • Select FILE >>> IMPORT
  • Locate the calendar (.ics file) you wish to import
  • Then choose the calendar you want to add the events to.
  • You can also drag a .ics file from your desktop to iCal.
