SERIES NOTES
Air Force has won the last four games, including a 42-7 win last year in Colorado Springs. The winning team in this series has averaged 37 points a game. Air Force is 1-0 on Friday games this season, while UNLV is 5-1-1 alltime in Friday games. The Falcons hold a 4-2 advantage over the Rebels in Las Vegas.
With the excpetion of the second world war years, BYU and Utah have met
every year since 1922. The Utes have won the last four games, including a 41-34 overtime victory last year in Provo. Utah holds a 35-16-1 advantage over BYU in Salt Lake City and has not lost at home to the Cougars since 2000. Except for the 2004 season, the last eight meetings in this rivalry have been decided by seven points or less.
TCU and Colorado State have only met three times, including a 2002 meeting in the AXA Liberty Bowl. The Rams took the only meeting in Fort Collins, a 42-21 win in 1998. TCU won last year in Fort Worth, 33-6, wrapping up the 2005 Conference title with the victory.
