BYU is the only school in the nation to have all four fall teams (football, volleyball, men's cross country, women's cross country) nationally ranked, while
Colorado State is one of seven teams to have three teams ranked (volleyball, men's cross country, women's cross country).
Nebraska, Northern Arizona, Stanford, UCLA, Villanova and Wisconsin also have
three of their four teams ranked among the top 25.
The MWC has three teams ranked in volleyball with Colorado State at No. 9, BYU at No. 14 and Utah at No. 19. The Cougar football team is ranked 20th in the Associated Press and No. 18 in the ESPN/USAToday coaches poll.
In women's cross country, BYU is tied for 4th in the nation and Colorado State is No. 12. On the men's side, Colorado State is No. 11 and BYU is No. 17.
