Cable ONe Announces Addition of the mtn.

Rio Rancho, N.M. - Cable ONE announced today that it is adding the mtn., MountainWest Sports Network to its Digital Service on channel 329. This addition takes place on Friday, September 29, 2006, in time for carriage of the University of New Mexico / Air Force Academy game to be aired Saturday at 12:00 pm MT. The mtn. is the first sports network dedicated solely to an intercollegiate athletic conference, the Mountain West Conference.

"The mtn. is delivering great sports action that viewers in our region want to see, and we're excited to add it to our lineup. We are always working hard to deliver the most relevant programming and be responsive to our customers," said Gary McDonald, General Manager of Cable ONE in Rio Rancho. "Equally important, we are providing the mtn. at no additional cost to our customers."

"We welcome our new viewers in Rio Rancho in time for this weekend's coverage, and are thrilled to have Cable ONE as a distribution partner," said Kim Carver, Vice President and General Manager of the mtn. "We are delivering more Mountain West games, news and analysis than college sports fans have ever had before. To date we have secured agreements with thirteen providers and have established a solid foundation for continued growth."

The mtn. is bringing viewers Mountain West Conference athletics across 19 different conference sports. This year's schedule will include 30 football games, 75 men's basketball games, 25 women's basketball games, conference championships, and men's and women's Olympic sports. The mtn. will also carry press conferences, coaches' shows, pep rallies, and feature stories on athletes and coaches. The mtn. is owned by Comcast and CSTV, and managed by Comcast SportsNet.

Current Cable ONE Digital Value Pack customers will see this channel with the equipment they already have today. Customers living in Rio Rancho that do not have a Digital receiver can pick up equipment at 1117 Rio Rancho Blvd. Office staff will be available for those wishing to add the additional service and pick up a Digital receiver on Saturday from 9:00 AM to Noon in addition to normal business hours.
