The University of Nevada, Las Vegas seeks candidates for two (2) 12-month, paid NCAA Compliance & Student Services internships for the 2003-04 academic year. Responsibilities include assisting the Associate Athletics Director in monitoring and managing regulations and policies related to: SA Rules Education, CHAMPS/Life Skills Programming, Agent/Amateurism, game day operations, camps & clinics, official and unofficial visits, SA & PSA employment arrangements, contacts and evaluations, complimentary admissions, recruiting calendars, telephone logs and athletic related activities. Candidates must have earned a Bachelor's Degree by time of hire and should have previous experience working in a collegiate athletics environment. Stipend: $1,000.00 - 1,600.00/month DOE.
