FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Ram Jam, Colorado State
University's largest annual athletic department community outreach
event, takes place Monday, April 14 from 6:30-8 p.m. in Moby Arena.
The event is the climax of year-long community outreach activities by
various student-athletes, coaches, and staff members at Colorado State
to serve as mentors and role models to the youth of northern Colorado.
Ram Jam is open to youngsters in eighth grade and under. Admission is
free and individuals do not need a ticket for admission. North
concourse doors to the arena open at 6 p.m. The first 1,000 youngsters
to enter will receive a free tee-shirt.
Youngsters will have a chance to visit with their favorite Ram
student-athletes. Activities will include clinics, games, prizes, and
autographs. Free popcorn and soft drinks will be available during Ram
Jam.
The event is presented by The Group, Inc., Real Estate in associate
with the Texas Roadhouse restaurant.
