Reaching the Peak: Wyoming Football
Airs: Wednesday, April 16, 7:30pm MT

Reaching the Peak: Wyoming Football is an eight-part series that goes inside the huddle of the Wyoming Cowboys football team as they endure the rigors of spring ball in preparation for their 2008 regular season schedule, which begins on Saturday, Aug. 30 when they host the Ohio University Bobcats in Laramie.

Beginning Wednesday, April 16 and running through June 4, each episode in the series will be 30-minutes in length with the exception of the eighth and final installment, which will be a one-hour program. Head Coach Joe Glenn, his staff, and the University of Wyoming Athletic Department extended special access to The Mtn.'s cameras to obtain the necessary footage and interviews required to produce a program of this nature.

"I know I have said this before, but without the cooperation of our partner institutions, it would not be possible for us to plan and produce this kind of non-traditional sports programming," said Kim Carver, vice president and general manager of The Mtn. "Coach Glenn has granted our production crew access to the day-to-day activities of the Cowboys football program, and what that equates to is a series that is going to be both compelling and enjoyable for the viewer to watch, whether he or she is a dedicated Cowboys fan or just a casual football fan."

Each episode of Reaching the Peak: Wyoming Football is scheduled to premiere on the following dates and times:

Wednesday, April 16, 7:30pm MT, Episode 1
Wednesday, April 23, 7:30pm MT, Episode 2
Wednesday, April 30, 7:30pm MT, Episode 3
