The 2011 Mountain West Conference Women's Golf Championship will take place April 14-16 on the Red/Heritage Course at the Wigwam Resort in Phoenix, Ariz. This will mark the first year the MWC Championship will be held at Wigwam. Seven Mountain West teams (BYU, Colorado State, New Mexico, San Diego State, TCU, UNLV and Wyoming) will participate in the championship.
Pairings
Pairings will be determined and posted to the MWC Web site on Monday, April 11 by 5 p.m. MT. Each day, teams will tee off the first hole of the Red/Hertiage Course at 7:00 a.m. PT.
First round team pairings and tee times shall be developed by head-to-head competition according to Golfstat. Teams 5 and 7 shall be paired together and have the first tee times, teams 2 and 4 shall be paired together and have the second tee times and teams 1, 3 and 6 shall be grouped together and have the third tee times.
Pairings for the second and third rounds shall be by total score for both teams and individuals. Teams 6 and 7 shall be paired together and have the first tee times, teams 4 and 5 shall be paired together and have the second tee times and teams 1, 2 and 3 shall be grouped together and have the third tee times.
